Supply Chain Excellence & Customer Care Lead – AMET Zone
The Supply Chain Excellence & Customer Care Lead plays a critical role in shaping and executing the operational strategy for the AMET zone. Reporting directly to the AMET CHC Supply Chain Head, this dual-role position is both strategic and hands-on—driving excellence in supply chain operations while elevating customer care to a business value-adding function.
Main Responsibilities & Key Results
Supply Chain Excellence
- Develop and continuously improve road map to ensure operational excellence internally & externally with our 3PL partners.
- Proactively lead distribution strategies in the zone to continuously drive efficiencies and cost optimisation as well as enhance our distributor capabilities.
- Warehouse & Distribution Cost tracking & improvement action
- Develop roadmap & framework of customer Joint business plan on supply chain to roll out in all AMET countries
- Lead Services performance toward no business rupture by leading the relevant governance and continuously work towards improvement of our ways & working
- Establish distributor performance framework & ensure roll-out in the zone
- Establish exchange and learning platform in AMET zone to accelerate best practice adaptations and compliance across countries
- Lead key transformation project for the Zone
Customer Care
- Strengthen & Develop Zone Customer Care Strategy and ensure its implementation within the markets.
- Lead strategic partnership with our Customers at Zone level with Customer Supply Chain counterparts
- Develop Framework of customer Joint business plan on supply chain to roll out in all AMET countries
- Internal Capacity Building:
- Build roadmap to elevate local Customer Focus role from Customer service to Customer Care
- Build capability to understand, meet and exceed customer requirements (with true service metrics, customer satisfaction) taking into account the diversity of the markets, sizes, channels and distribution models.
For both Customer Care & Supply Chain Excellence pillars:
- The candidate will be responsible to ensure that Global & Regional projects are successfully implemented in AMET Markets within the deadlines & ensuring business continuity.
- The candidate will be responsible to ensure that sustainability is embedded and executed in the respective roadmap.
- Digital: Drive Digital Projects and ensuring an end-to-end flawless operation where systems are implied.
About You
Experience & Knowledge
- 10+ years in supply chain, operations, or customer care leadership roles within the consumer healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in driving operational excellence and leading complex, multi-country projects.
- The position is both strategic and operational and requires somebody with strong experience in project lead and change management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across global/regional environments.
- Experience in LEAN methodologies and transformation programs.
