Job Description
Executing production and raw material planning for orders received by the HTL department, and facilitating information exchange with the sales department.
- Ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration among Sales, Graphics, Production (Foreman, Department Leader), and Warehouse units. Actively managing communication for missing information and changes.
- Accurately and completely preparing and tracking production job orders (fouls).
- Daily monitoring of Overdue Reports for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time deliveries according to deadlines, and proactively resolving potential issues.
- Coordinating the order flow across all processes, from order entry to graphic design and mold preparation.
- Meticulously managing customer approval processes (PDF/FAX submission, suspension/hold management).
- Coordinating with Sales Departments to complete and re-route production job orders returned due to missing information or changes (quantity, details).
- Timely notification of raw material shortages causing production delays to the Sales Departments.
- Preparing special reports for assigned accounts, supporting stock control operations, and IC (Inventory Control) purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Solution-oriented, positive, and analytical mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and strong teamwork capabilities.
