This position is designed to provide strategic and operational support to the Product Manager during the launch of an innovative cardiology product. By actively participating in marketing processes with a TA perspective, it aims to strengthen coordination among field, medical, and other relevant teams. Building a strong brand presence and ensuring sustainable growth in the cardiology portfolio are key objectives of this role.
Job Description
Location: Ataşehir, Istanbul, Turkey #LI-Hybrid
This position is temporary for 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Product Manager during the launch processes.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, and external agency teams to execute launch activities.
- Prepare promotional materials and manage medical/regulatory approval processes.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to develop insights and share them with stakeholders.
- Support organizing launch meetings, advisory boards, field trainings, and product presentations.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Support marketing budget-related processes.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between field force and headquarters.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and develop action plans with private hospitals, healthcare institutions, and professional associations.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in Project Management is a plus
- Working background in Marketing, Sales, or Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Team player with attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and fluency inTurkish
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
