Job Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: • Implement and administer HR processes and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; • Develop and maintain HR process documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. • Handle onboarding, employee records maintenance, and offboarding processes, • Manage attendance, payroll and social security insurance, • Generate HR reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and data-driven insights. • Manage and maintain HR systems, databases, and technology platforms; implement system enhancements; ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and records management. • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure HR practices align with legal obligations. • Assist with the administration of employee lifecycle processes.
