Responsibilities
- Production of strategic PR communication elements for iyzico brand and its product
- To create corporate communication calendar & budget, to follow & to report
- Having a clear understanding of consumer & business insights and their translation into clear actions in line with the online & offline marketing communication strategy
- To develope creative integrated communication programs utilising traditional PR, social media to support the strategy
- Being the gate keeper of brand standards to ensure all deliverables stay “on brand”
- Managing CEO & corporate social media accounts
- Coordinate and lead corporate communications activities such as social responsibility projects, corporate sponsorship activities, internal communication activities, product and brand oriented communications
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define event and sponsorship goals, objectives and specific implementation plans that promote the brand and organization objectives
- Having a key role in developing and managing employee branding projects
- Coordinating all media and PR aspects, including press releases, articles and statements with PR agency
- Identifying potential reputational issues, threats and developed appropriate communications responses to defuse and/or avert crises and promote a positive company reputation
- Responsible for internal & external leadership communication
- Content management (responsible for creating newsworthy content to serve the business strategies of iyzico)
- Content management for press meetings, trips & interviews
- Identify & train spokespersons
- Executing the advertising strategies and supporting the creation of campaigns and promotions in coordination with the creative agency
- Following up on PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand and its products
- Responsible for developing and implementing corporate digital communication strategy including corporate social media accounts, corporate web site.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications and event management
- Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English
- Proven ability to understand business challenges and formulate effective communications strategies that support the audience needs and business goals
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A strong eye for detail
