We are seeking Planning Team Leader to join our supply chain management team.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials for production.

Create and manage material replenishment plans, minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.

Create detailed production schedules for in-house and outsourced processes

Ensure efficient capacity utilization and timely completion of production orders

Monitor and control inventory to meet financial and operational targets.

Address stock discrepancies and implement measures to improve inventory accuracy

Lead and manage a team of planning engineers and support staff.

Define roles, allocate tasks, and ensure the team operates at optimal efficiency

Ensure the accuracy of data in SAP and other planning tools.

Regularly update and audit system records to maintain data reliability.

Ensure production plans align with customer demands and delivery schedules.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provide timely and accurate reports to management on KPIs and planning activities.
What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Management.

Hands-on experience with SAP systems, particularly PP (Production Planning) and MM (Material Management) modules.

Leadership experience, managing a planning team or cross-functional projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
