As a Senior Implementation Planning Executive, you will be central to the successful execution and optimization of media campaigns across all channels, from initial planning to final reporting. You will work closely with the Implementation Planning Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, meet client objectives, and maximize impact. Your role encompasses hands-on campaign management, rigorous data analysis, strategic media planning, and proactive client communication. You will also be the primary point of contact for the activation team, expertly collecting and consolidating reports, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring client budgets are managed with the highest integrity. A key aspect of your role will be leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline processes and stay up-to-date with industry trends, ultimately driving campaign success and exceeding client expectations. Skills and Experience
- Client budgets are to be managed with the highest integrity, ensuring accurate tracking, minimal wastage, and adherence to agreed limits.
- Assist in the planning and assuring the correct execution of media campaigns across various channels (reserved media ,social, search, programmatic..etc).
- Maintain strong communication with the activation ad ops team and inform them of client needs.
- Support data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and report to implementation manager.
- Gathering the necessary creative requirements for each use of the media plan and sharing them with the brand/agency.
- Ensuring that the media plan creatives from the brand/agency meet the required specifications and sharing them collectively with the activation teams, while also managing the revision process with the client or creative agency based on feedback received from activation.
- Monitoring the setup of the campaigns and consolidating the information that they have been activated, then sharing this information with the brand across all media channels.
- Collect reports from the activation team and consolidate reports and prepare report presentations/documents for clients and internal teams. (use automation/ai as much as possible)
- Coordinate with activation and analytics teams to ensure campaign KPI’s delivered.
- Coordinating & sharing aggregated approved media plan data, campaign actuals and monthly realized reports with the media finance team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Support the Implementation Planning Manager in client communication and project management.
- Provide suggestions to clients based on campaign results to discuss implementation manager.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocations, and performance across all platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in digital media planning and execution at least in 2 verticals (For example Search & Social)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and adtech solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
