Your Profile – What do You bring as Planning Specialist?
- University degree in Chemical Engineering
- Min. 3 years of planning experience
- Good communicator, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hard worker
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- A results-driven approach to work
- Good level in both written and verbal English
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
- No military obligation for male candidates
Your Tasks – What You can expect as Planning Specialist?
- Coordinate the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule
- Ensure the production orders are scheduled to meet customer orders
- Carry out and update production information in the PPS systems including master data maintenance
- Analyze plant capacity, put the demand plan into daily/ weekly production plans
- Prepare production reports, and monitor, analyze and report performance to schedule of production
- Review and report production schedules
- Identify and eliminate slow and non-movers intermediates and finished goods
- Resolve problems with inventory, production schedule, and material shortages
- Assist in inventory planning and physical audits
