Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a result-oriented manner and follow up on tasks
- Proficiency in planning, organization, and time management

- Experience in field visits and conducting face-to-face meetings
Responsibilities
- Actively visit potential partner businesses (gyms and facilities) in the field
- Engage with decision-makers to onboard new partners and build strong, long-term relationships
- Take responsibility for partnerships by understanding partner needs and establishing fair business relationships
- Manage daily communication and provide support to partners, clients, and users of company services through all communication channels
- Support administrative tasks, primarily assisting the Partnerships Director, as well as other team members when needed
- Work in close collaboration with the manager and the team
- Implement Benefit Systems’ vision, strategy, and product portfolio in the market
- Participate in major and popular sports events when necessary
- Negotiate cooperation terms with partners, and manage and implement contracts
- Monitor the activities of competitor companies and service providers in the sports industry
