We are seeking a highly passionate, organized and proactive Logistics and Fulfillment Operations Specialist, TCA to support service parts logistics across Türkiye and Central Asia. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics processes—from order to delivery and reverse logistics—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant operations. This role involves close collaboration with Service teams, international supply chain, and logistics providers to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end logistics operations for Service Parts in Türkiye to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
• Daily follow up on open orders’ fulfillment and international transportation with carriers and freight forwarders until arrival to country.
• Daily follow up on Carrier performance, take lead to resolve transportation issues and minimize delays. Prepare and lead carrier performance reviews and drive root cause analysis of defects and misses.
• Manage, control and report operational performance, cost and capacity of 3rd party logistics service provider
• Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to secure cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Daily follow up with customs brokers on clearance activities and support the required documentation on-time. Actively participate in brokers performance reviews and drive root cause analysis of issues and defects.
• Monitor open orders on the warehouse dashboard and ensure timely receiving and shipping execution according to the dispatch plans.
• Connect and communicate with Service Delivery team to share order updates and synchronize dispatch plans to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Address logistical challenges promptly and proactively find solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Drive fulfillment with control on overall inventory; Goods in Transit and open orders,
• Support the development of dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to monitor logistics-specific metrics and provide visibility into Türkiye-specific operations, enabling data-driven insights and continuous performance improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of experience working in Logistics, international trade compliance, warehousing and distribution, supply chain operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools including SQL and PBI, with hands-on experience in their application.
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and businesses
• Ability to navigate in a matrix- organization to collaborate within SPO, Service-delivery and 3rd Party environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word.

• Customer focused, "Outside-In" thinking, creativity and courage to implement/influence change.
• CSCP, CPIM, CLTD or similar qualification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Transport Management Systems is a plus.
