We are looking for a proactive and versatile Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role blends operational excellence with field engagement. You will not only drive internal sales processes and data analytics, but also occasionally support our sales team on the field, engaging directly with customers and partners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Develop and implement strategies to improve and optimize sales processes and workflows.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Manage and enhance CRM, ERP, and other sales enablement tools used by the team.
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs, generate performance reports, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Participate in field activities such as client meetings, demos, and dealership support to ensure operational plans are aligned with real-world insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
- Provide operational support for channel partners and contribute to onboarding and training processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar hybrid commercial role.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and Excel; experience with sales automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness and ability to occasionally travel or support field operations when needed.
