What You Will Do
As part of our dynamic Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) team, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets across all regions and expanding our market share. You will focus on cultivating new business opportunities, promoting our cutting-edge technologies, and delivering high-impact solutions to industrial clients. This role offers a vibrant and collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your success is recognized.
How You Will Do
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities by preparing compelling, competitive proposals.
Build and sustain strong relationships with industrial customers, contractors, and consultants.
Promote and sell a range of solutions including Ammonia and CO₂ compressors, line equipment, condensers, and cooling towers.
Strategically position Johnson Controls as the preferred choice by leveraging deep market insights and competitive intelligence.
Drive business growth within your territory while managing multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Ammonia refrigeration systems, including screw and reciprocating compressors, and line equipment
Demonstrated success in delivering sales results within Turkey
Ability to design technical solutions and provide expert equipment selection guidance to customers
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
High level of self-motivation and results-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Type B driving license
Open to travel as required
