As HR Business Partner for the Middle East (Except KSA) & Pakistan, Turkey and Central Asia, you’ll be responsible for developing and driving the region’s people strategy and translating strategic objectives of the organisation into an effective people plan.
- Drive the implementation of HR plans in the region aligned to our HR strategic initiatives and the strategy of the businesses.
- Coach and advise people managers on a broad variety of HR matters (performance, engagement, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent development).
- Drive adherence to headcount planning and cost together with the local Finance Business Partner.
- Ensure that Reward’s philosophy is applied consistently across the region, with support of the Rewards team.
- Participate in strategic blueprint and footprint change projects and lead discussions for people planning.
- Drive talent management processes to support business strategy in your region.
- Shape organisational development initiatives for building desired capabilities & improving people performance against strategic needs, as deployed by the businesses.
- Deploy Signify’s Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain best talents.
- Manages costs for the HR function in your region.

- 10+ years of relevant working experience in applying a strong knowledge of Human Resource Management principles & policies, ideally with experience within an international context.
- HR experience in areas such as organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, coaching, leadership development, talent management, talent acquisition, etc.
- Proven record of successful change management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proven consulting and relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to link HR within the business to drive and lead change, engagement, and overall business performance.
- Planning, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into a people-agenda.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Required: Turkish and English
