Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Create and publish compelling job advertisements on various platforms
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct initial interviews and manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Track and report key recruitment metrics
HR Business Partner:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance matters
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee engagement and team performance
- Help design and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Assist in organizational planning, talent development, and retention efforts
- Monitor and report on workforce trends and HR metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter with exposure to HR generalist or HRBP tasks
- Strong understanding of tech roles and the software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a dual-role environment (Recruiter + HRBP) in a tech company
- Working knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with ATS-applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, etc.) and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with work permit and residence permit processes for foreign employees
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
