Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end security strategy for Trendyol Finance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (e.g. KVKK, MASAK, PCI DSS, PSD2).
- Design and implement processes to mitigate risks related to fraud, cyber threats and data breaches.
- Partner with product, engineering and compliance teams to embed security into every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Lead incident response and crisis management across security domains.
- Build, mentor and scale a high-performing security team.
Expected Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security, preferably in fintech, payments or banking.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance and risk management.
- Hands-on experience in security operations, fraud prevention and data protection.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both technical and business-oriented.
- Fluency in English.
