Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle the following;
• Responding and finding solutions to all kinds of customer requests via phone or mail
• Reviewing operational and bill of lading change requests from customers, provide and finalize the necessary arrangements
• Investigate and finalize complex requests such as lost bill of lading, switch b/l.. etc.
• Arrange freight manifests and receive return invoices from customers
• Resolving problems professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, maritime, business administration or in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
- Minimum B2 Level in English language.
- Good computer skills
- Very good communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking, responsible team player with a can-do attitude, willing to work flexible hours and handle flexible workload.
- Having completed Military Service for male candidates.
