Job Description:

As a Sales & Client Engagement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls (with a focus on conversion and retention).

Assisting clients with account opening, usage, and closure in a professional and clear manner.

Supporting customers through the investment process and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients.

Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat .

Delivering accurate and timely customer support to ensure high satisfaction.

Monitoring client accounts and ensuring data is up to date.

Requirements: Fluency in at least one of the following languages: English, Hindi, German, Malay, Japanese, Korean

No prior experience required

Currently residing in Istanbul

Turkish citizenship is required
