Skills And Experience That Will Lead to Success
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 7 years of Elementary Insurance experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience as an effective team player. Motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and control workflow deadlines, manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and be flexible.
- Proficiency with MS Office
Job Description
- Managing the daily communication and coordination for our portfolio of current services we provide to the Clients and prospects,
- Implementing and managing our current services; dealing with all resulting issues including advice, account management,
- Maintaining the coordination between the Client and Aon,
- Creating business opportunities, acquiring and managing relations,
- Execution of sales and marketing activities of new opportunities
- Prepare reports, summaries, papers, and meeting materials for delivery directly to clients.
- Plan and coordinate client meetings and events as required.
- Respond to queries from clients and commercial insurers.
