We are looking for a Business Development Associate Director for our Growth Strategies and Marketing Department.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or relevant field,
- Proven experience in insurance market,
- good command of English both written and spoken is an asset,
- Efficiently work under pressure and deadlines to complete assigned task,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
- Problem solving skills, goal orientation and proactivity,
- Above-average negotiation skills,
- Driving license B.
Job Description
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Building relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and developing quotes to address these needs
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stayind up to date with new trends
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
- Preparation of commercial presentations and management and updating of the contact database.
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
