About the Job
The Performance & Analytics Head serves as a critical strategic partner to the AMET Zone Head and Leadership team, transforming complex business challenges into actionable intelligence. This role orchestrates the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and stakeholder management to enable superior commercial outcomes and sustainable competitive advantage.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY RESULTS
Strategic Impact Areas
Decision Intelligence Leadership
  • Design and implement a comprehensive decision intelligence framework that transforms data into strategic business insights
  • Architect forward-looking predictive models that anticipate market shifts and identify emerging opportunities
  • Lead the development of scenario planning methodologies to enhance strategic agility and risk management
Business Performance Orchestration
  • Partner with business teams and senior leaders to translate business vision into measurable performance indicators and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement robust performance evaluation frameworks that drive accountability and strategic alignment
  • Synthesize complex market dynamics into clear strategic narratives that inform impactful decision-making
Strategic Stakeholder Influence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership team, facilitating data-driven strategic conversations
  • Build and nurture high-value partnerships with external data providers and technology innovators
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational transformation and capability building
Analytics Ecosystem Development
  • Architect an integrated analytics ecosystem that enables seamless insights generation across the organization
  • Champion the adoption of advanced analytics methodologies including AI/ML to unlock new sources of value
  • Develop analytics talent strategy to build world-class capabilities aligned with business priorities
About You
Experience & knowledge:
  • +10 years of experience in consumer industry (business analytics, consulting or equivalent)
  • MBA or Business-Related degree
  • Data/Digital relevant experience is a must
  • High understanding of data management
  • Experienced in end-to-end digital analytics solution implementation
  • Experienced in senior stakeholder management
  • Should be able to demonstrate management of the Sales Incentive Policy and how the SFE Sales Incentive Calculations are computed
  • Root cause analysis and demonstrate how this led to course corrective actions

  • Shows initiative, while demonstrating strong leadership within the team, someone who can design a long-term roadmap and lead cross-functional projects, a collaborative team player.
  • This role will require very strong collaboration with AMET peers, the AMEA Region and also Globally.

Language skills:
  • English – full proficiency written and spoken
  • French / Turkish / Arabic is a plus
