In this role you will be responsible for supporting all information system activities related to warehouse and distribution management systems. You will play a key role in Warehouse system enhancements, go-live support, and continuous improvement.
The role:
- Support and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, including integration with customer systems.
- Implement and troubleshoot EDI communication between customer systems and WMS.
- Configure and manage test and production environments for system readiness.
- Deliver user training and provide hyper care support during go-lives and system releases.
- Review and enhance existing IT processes to leverage new functionalities and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate customer requirements into system configurations and ensure proper application within WMS.
- Provide operational support and knowledge transfer for WMS systems.
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or logistics systems.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and general PC skills.
- Basic knowledge of Web Services and sFTP for file transfers.
- Familiarity with EDI formats such as EDIFACT, FLATFILE, and XML.
- Basic SQL and AS/400 knowledge.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
