Traceability Specialist

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be assigned as "Traceability Specialist" in the Sustainability-Traceability Department at our overseas client’s Levent office. Our client is renowned pioneer in the textile industry, originally based in Spain.

- Minimum University degree (preferably in textile related fields)
- Good knowledge of textile and garment production processes and specialized machinery
- Experience / background in textile production management
- Preferably having information about production capacity
- Experience in textile quality control and/or quality assurance
- Knowledge of production related documents such as production planning, production records, incoming and outgoing records, shipping records, invoices, etc.
- Experience in factory visits and audits, experience in social compliance auditing is a plus
- Excellent ethical values
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
- Strong problem solving and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible, able to adapt to multiple demands, able to multitask
- Fluent English
- Active driving

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contributing to weekly plans and audit planning
- Establishing and/or supporting communication between the auditor and suppliers/producers during audits, where necessary
- To examine and analyze audit reports in detail
- Communicate findings to suppliers and follow up on corrections/improvements
- To make and evaluate periodic analyzes for production
- Creating and following improvement plans in the field of traceability
- Participation in factory visits and/or audits for traceability-related checks (as required)
