KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is seeking a: Technical Service Manager Monogastric - Turkey
Join our team as a Technical Service Manager! In this vital position, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical matters related to our monogastric nutritional and Health product portfolio, which exists out of feed enzymes, probiotics, nutrient absorption enhancers, organic trace minerals, and antioxidants across. In this position, you will serve the Middle East region.

Responsibilities
As Technical Service Manager, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, such as:
- Act as the technical liaison between our Sales Force in Turkey and customers, providing comprehensive support for monogastric nutritional and health products, ensuring the sales-team to be well-equipped to meet customer needs.
- Offer direct technical support to customers and distributors. Identify, prioritize, and manage customer product and application needs, driving execution in collaboration with your counterparts or Product Manager.
- Drive customer business development through new product evaluations, testing, and product line extensions as part of the Product Innovation Process.
- Work closely with customer laboratory services and product application development teams to ensure projects receive all necessary technical support.
- Translate research findings, including animal trials and field experiences, into technical and sales tools such as technical papers, success stories, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create impactful presentations for customers, symposia, and workshops.
- Manage, qualify, and provide technical input for lab service requests and applied research projects, following up to evaluate the added value of initiated support and services.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of the marketing strategic plan.
- Author technical literature for both internal and external audiences within a specialized field.
- Provide technical training and support to the sales team.
Qualifications

- A degree as veterinarian
- A strong technical background in monogastric animal nutrition and health
- More than 5 years of experience in a business environment – understanding the voice of the nutritionist and veterinarians
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated and an individual contributor with a great sense of urgency
Working Conditions: You will be home office based and will travel intensively in Turkey
