In this role you will…
- Monitor and control all accounting activities to ensure records are complete and accurate, and in line with Turkish Tax Legislation and Haleon requirements
- Reconcile Turkish Statutory books and IFRS books monthly
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of VAT1 / VAT2/ Withholding Tax/ Stamp Tax/ Corporate Income Tax decleration
- Prepare Balance Sheet Review and Internal Controls of tax accounts as per deadlines and aligned with Haleon guidelines
- Prepare annual Transfer Pricing Reports in line with corporate deadlines
- Act as the first point of contact to internal stakeholders in terms of tax consultancy
- Coordinate relation with internal/external auditors and support tax audit process
- Closely follow-up latest Tax Legislation updates and inform related stakeholders with possible impacts to business
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Good knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation.
- Preferably experience in tax audit processes
- Min. 3 years of experience in related fields
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax and transfer pricing
- Excellent MS Office and English skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus

- Able to manage priorities and generate accurate results within tight deadlines
- A team player working effectively with other functions as well as a self-starter
- Strong expertise in local and global accounting principles
- Excellent follow-up skills
