What We Expect From You?
- Lead or support strategic productivity initiatives across the organization
- Identify and prioritize high-impact process, cost and efficiency opportunities
- Perform and present productivity analysis to Productivity Leader and Finance Top Management
- Conduct feasibility analysis of proposed investment ideas (e.g. FTE, CAPEX)
- Meet requirements of productivity transformation program led by Allianz Group
- Manage the budget process of overhead expenses in accordance with the strategic priorities of the company
- Monitor budget and actual variances of all department budgets, work in coordination with budget owners to ensure that necessary actions are taken.
- Ensure the integrity of actual figures and understand the variance between actual and budget
- Prepare monthly management reports OTIF and present monthly results to CFO and other finance colleagues
- Perform function based external and internal benchmark analysis
- Maintain constructive relationships with budget owners and challenge them wherever necessar
How Can You Make an Impact?
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, transformation, productivity, or consulting roles
- Strong analytical thinking with positive, problem-solving attitude
- Strong presence and communication skills to start and drive productivity initiatives in collaboration with various departments and teams
- Thrives in ambiguity and can push productivity agenda in resistant environments
- BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Open for learning and new responsibilities
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
