We are looking for a results-driven Online Activation Specialist to join our Consumer Products Division. This role is crucial for enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and managing our digital presence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Organic Search & Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
- Website & Digital Services Management: Oversee the management of all CPD brand websites in collaboration with agencies. This includes updating products on the website and managing CPD Digital Services, such as Virtual Try On and Skin Genius.
- Performance & Analytics: Own the analytics and measurement of all digital initiatives, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
- 0-2 years of experience for Online Activation Specialist and 2-5 years of experience for Senior Online Activation Specialist in media and digital functions
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Google Ads (Search).
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with foundational web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proactive, consumer-centric, and eager to stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English
