Partner closely with hiring managers (Europe, LATAM) to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and build targeted search strategies.
Leverage labor market trends and data to inform sourcing and outreach strategies.
Actively source and engage passive candidates using tools and sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean, GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow).
Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal fit.
Drive full-cycle recruitment across a wide array of modern tech stacks (Frontend, Backend, Cloud, Data, Mobile, DevOps, etc.).
Maintain accurate and organized data in the ATS; provide meaningful recruiting metrics and insights.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Zoolatech as a top-choice employer in new and existing markets.
Stay current with emerging technologies and hiring trends to continuously refine recruitment practices.
5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter in fast-paced, international IT services or outsourcing environments.
Proven success filling a variety of complex tech roles across global markets.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to engage effectively with engineers and technical leaders.
Experience leading high-impact recruitment projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques; fluency in Boolean search and passive talent engagement.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proactive, organized, and able to navigate ambiguity in a growing organization.
