Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: create and adapt marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and website updates. Including ad hoc translation and text localization.
- Event Coordination: support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches to engage customers and showcase new models.
- POS Material Management: manage the stock of POS (Point of Sale) materials, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials for events and campaigns, also by self-delivery of those materials.
- Digital Marketing: support to online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms), SEO efforts, and website performance to maximize reach and engagement.
- Reporting and performance analysis: track, report and present on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Collaboration: work closely and support PR team, sales teams and BYD Dealers and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
- Budget Management: assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI on campaigns.
- Monitor BYD activities as well as Dealers activities and competitors.
- Be a brand Ambassador, a solid team-player and work always with the Customer in mind.

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in marketing department
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal. Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Experience in Automotive industry is an advantage
- Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open minded.
- Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
