What you will be doing:
- Lead the development of country marketing plans for Turkey and Middle East countries and the regional plan for Middle East by working with Ascensia and the distributor country teams to deliver on priorities, leveraging market opportunities and support achievement of business objectives at a regional and country level.
- Drive the development and execution of marketing tactics to enhance the performance and adoption of Ascensia brands with customers (HCPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, Patients), fostering marketing and commercial excellence Plan launches and manage product life cycles in alignment with the sales and regulatory teams Collaborate with Ascensia colleagues for global, regional and countries’ initiatives when assigned or necessary.
- Manage P&I budgets, track and analysis information to meet financial commitments. Plan, coordinate and execute local events and symposia with key customers (HCPs and nurses) in Turkey and help organize the annual Pharmacist symposium for the Middle East & Europe region.
- Facilitate product knowledge sessions and ongoing training programs for sales teams to ensure understanding of key benefits; identify areas for optimization, driving a continuous improvement and learning process.
- Track performance of all marketing activities and provide monthly Marketing reports, What You Need For Success:
• University degree in marketing, business or life science Min. 8 years of work experience in a relevant industry sector (Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, Diagnostics), ideally in Diabetes Care, in Marketing Management / mix of Marketing & Sales Management
• Marketing expertise and proven experience in delivering results through implementation and strong execution at regional / country level
• Experience in working in an international organization, interacting with people across different business groups and regions
• Language skills: Proficient in Turkish and good working knowledge of Arabic, full command of English language
• Able and willing to travel
