About the role
In this job, as a part of Wellness marketing team, you will steer the strategy of Wellness portfolio ambitious growth as well as work with the diverse markets across MEA to oversee excellence in executing those strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identification of strategic direction, enduring growth opportunities & adjustment to the LOC specifics
- Campaigns adaptation and creation to support growth priorities in markets
- Innovation strategic lead, incl. pipeline, positioning, launch support, etc.
- Media plans co-creation with media team to deliver on priorities
- Day-to-day collaboration with LOCs on landing the strategy in the market
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- 5+ years experience in brand management of FMCG or Consumer Pharma brands
- Experience in working in multi-market environment
- Proven skill in creative campaign development in partnership with the agency, starting with Big idea briefing all the way through to production and final assets delivery
- Experience in planning and launching innovation, P&L development.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, long vs short term planning, brand growth pillars, JTBD, etc.
- Great interpersonal skills, strong communicator
- Stakeholder management skills
- Resilient to pressure and quick thinking
- Ready to make decisions, take accountability and follow through with actions
