JOB PURPOSE:
To manage and expand pigment sales in Turkey’s Plastics segment, scaling business volume.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Management & Business Development
- Manage and grow pigment sales in the Plastics segment across Turkey.
- Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth to achieve the target
- Identify and convert new potential customers, including distributors, resin manufacturers, and additive companies.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Client & Market Engagement
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and Key Accounts (15–20% of total business).
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, product demos, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to provide strategic insights.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product Management, Supply Chain, Technical Service) to meet customer requirements.
Nature of Experience Required:
- Technical:
- Proven track record in selling organic (preferred) and/or inorganic pigments.
- Experience handling distributors and/or customers from the additives/resins industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a technical understanding of products and applications.
- Behavioural:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Turkey for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, hands-on sales professional with the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
Education: Qualification: Any Graduation with Techno-commercial profile with relevant pigment/plastics industry background.
