Sales Representative – Istanbul Fashion Center (IFC)

About the Role:
As a Sales Representative at IFC, you’ll take ownership of high-potential leads — international buyers who’ve already shown interest in our collections. Your job is to convert, follow up, and build strong relationships through one-on-one communication, video calls, and personalized recommendations. You’ll be a key driver of revenue and repeat business — not just support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert qualified leads (not cold calls)
- Make direct calls and video calls to international boutique owners
- Convince buyers to place first or repeat orders through strong product positioning
- Follow up with potential customers who visited IFC or engaged with our campaigns
- Identify buying signals and close deals at the right moment
- Build lasting relationships with key accounts to maximize long-term value
- Collaborate with our showroom and support team to ensure smooth buyer experience
- Proactively suggest new arrivals or relevant offers based on buyer profile
Who You Are:
- A confident closer — you know how to handle objections and get to “yes”
- Strong communicator on the phone and in video calls
- Sales-focused, self-driven, and comfortable with targets
- Fluent in CRM tools and pipeline management
- Able to adapt your sales style to different cultures and business types
- Quick to learn product details and tailor your pitch to buyer needs
- Professional, proactive, and resilient under pressure
