Key Responsibilities:
Assist the commercial team in making informed business decisions by developing and overseeing the commercial strategy within the department,
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the commercial team, providing necessary support and guidance,
Create & maintain regular reports,
Monitor CRM data,
Update and support the process of target setting, ensuring the quality of targets from Agency Management, Regional Office, and Head Office,
Prepare regular and spot reports & studies requested by the top management (reporting, presentation),
Collaborate with other departments in the company to improve processes,
Benchmark competition to understand industry dynamics and opportunities for growth,
Maintain up-to-date information on local office news and corporate developments on the company website,
Promote CMA CGM Support Group Services and Non-Maritime products to clients and stakeholders,
Conduct special studies by verticals and prepare reports on sales performance and new business opportunities,
Reports to Sales Effectiveness Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a focus in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the shipping, logistics, or related industry preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams and departments.
Professional presence with a positive, solution-oriented attitude; able to perform under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
Adaptable and open to change, with a keen interest in technology and AI-related topics.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in written & verbal English is a must (part of the interview will take place in English),
Able to work in the office 4 days per week (hybrid) in Istanbul
