Join the AJW Group Turkey team as a Regional Account Executive and be a driving force behind our mission to enhance customer service and foster profitable growth by acquiring new customers and revitalising high-potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry decision-makers to maximize opportunities with existing and potential customers, through frequent visits and contact
Monitoring and responding to incoming customer requests via email, phone, etc
Quote customers and Daily follow up with customers to close on quotations from the previous day
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Maximise all opportunities
Present, negotiate, and close business deals with new or existing customers
Work with the regional team members to ensure opportunities are maximised in order to drive profitability and ensure defined targets for the region are met or exceeded
Understand customer needs, shape new business requirements, and be the voice of the customer
Requirements
Experience in Business Development or marketing/ Sales management experience (Not experienced candidates will be welcomed too.)
Excellent written and verbal English/Turkish communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Strategic thinker with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
Good problem-solving ability with the ability to use initiative and common sense
Multiple language skills are preferred ( Arabic)
Living or willing to relocate to Turkiye/ Istanbul/ Beylikduzu'
