QUALITY TEAM LEADER - SSS (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- To ensure the creation and revision of the processes needed for the quality management system and implementation along with ISO 9001 standard,
- Supporting Supplier quality managewment activities, making supplier asessments and in house test for product material approvals,
- Planning and managing the workflow in the Quality control processes,
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation,
- Managing Quality Control processes and inspection of production in various disciplines,
- Leading external and internal audits, reporting the results and tracking action plans, pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation,
- Manage the corrective and improvement action plans to improve overall standards, EB and ISO compliance and Quality results,
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers,
- Updating and monitoring of the Risk Assessments in terms of quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
- At least 8 years experience in a similar position,
- ISO 9001 experience preferable certified auditor,
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience,
- Knowledge of measurement systems,
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes,
- Excellent knowledge of English is essential,
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, team-oriented,
- Resident in Asian part of Istanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze/Çayırova/Darıca/İzmit)
