We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our Nestlé Waters team.
Location: Kestel, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Quality Assurance Executive you will have the following responsibilities;
- Conduct internal quality audits in Factory & Head Office departments to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Assist Factory in developing employee competency in food quality and safety to deliver result.
- Ensure all consumer complaints are reported and root cause analysis are handled to sustain product quality.
- Coordinate NIMS-DMS (Nestlé Information Management System - Document Management System) documentation management system in both factories and HO.(Head Office)
- Follow Nestle Operational Standards, ensure that all standards are valid and both factories & Head Office are %100 compliant.
- Audit & Nestle Quality Assurance Center budget management.
- Drive TDC (Total Delivery Cost) Packaging activities: Identify TDC (Total Delivery Cost) packaging opportunity through the value chain for the factory / market responsibility (material, format, dimensions, palletization, asset intensity, ...).
- Coordinate Local Application Group (Representatives of Factory Quality Assurance, Production, Marketing, Supply Chain Quality Assurance, Procurement, Regulatory and Sicentific Affairs, Engineering, Demand Supply Planning, Logistics).
- Coordinating the implementation of storage tests for a new and upgraded products.
- Regular contact with Zone Category Technical Application Group, Nestlé Product Technology Centres and Procurement team for alignment, prioritization, supplier selection, to define accurate saving opportunities, develop technical competence and ways of improving packaging solutions from a consumer and customer point of view.
- Ensure that savings reporting linked to specific projects/activities are up to date, using dedicated tracking tool.
- Realize benchmark at zone level to identify the best practices and define the standards.
- Lead the deployment of the standards in the factory/market.
- Compares competition solutions for new and innovative packaging as well as develops solutions for cost saving.
- Act as the link between Zone Category Technical Application Group and technical operations: ensure Application Group participation in Expert Networks and maintain contact share best practices.
- To comply with hygiene, SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), 5S (seiri, seiton , seisō , seiketsu, shitsuke ) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practicing) principles in the work area he/she is responsible for, to ensure compliance and to take the necessary precautions for this purpose,
- To comply with Erikli – Nestle Waters Global and Turkey procedures, policies, regulations and standards (safety, environment, quality, travel, vehicle, conflict of interest, etc.)
Which profile are we looking for?
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies, or engineering)
- Demonstrated capability to lead a group
- Capable in coaching, training and assessment routines together with ability to develop&maintain Q Competencies within the organization
- Capable at issue management & problem solving, able to identify crisis potentials and agile in proper coordination&escalation in order to manage timely/effective decision making
- Knowledge in Packaging technology, materials, conversion processes
- Competent in Safety, Quality and Compliance.
- Knowledge in Packaging environmental sustainability
- Basic Knowledge in financial.
