Could you be Quality Controller in Bursa we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and systematic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and supportive teammates.
You'll ensure the project's Quality assurance and control plan on the installation site is established and effectively implemented. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (EHS Manager, Installation Manager, Procurement Project team), manage interfaces with customer representatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing, validating, and updating Quality Installation Control Plans, but also manage non-conformance reports and site acceptance tests.
We’ll look to you for:
· Guiding installation teams in understanding Quality & Safety contributions to the project
· Ensuring the control of output of quality documents/records on site
· Performing Site Quality Animation with cross-function teams
· Leading continuous improvement/problem-solving activities at the subsystem installation level
· Quality assurance and control during installation activities
· Supporting the Project Quality & Safety Manager in reporting quality KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities

· Degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical, civil work…) or equivalent
· Experience or understanding of Quality and problem-solving tools
· Knowledge of processes and products delivered to the project
· Familiarity with Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM...)
· Fluent in English and the local language
· Proven leadership capabilities
· Ability to work under pressure and in a matrix organization
