What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.
- Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to meet growth targets.
- Conducting A/B tests to identify effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborating with the design team to create compelling ad creatives.
- Tracking user data and building comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge.
**This is a full on-site position in Levent.**
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in user acquisition for mobile apps.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and any other relevant advertising tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- A background in app marketing is a plus.
