We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager based in Istanbul, Turkey to lead the development of our market strategy. In this role, you will identify and define business development opportunities by collaborating closely with sales teams and business units at both regional and country levels. Your insights and strategic vision will be essential in addressing specific market needs and driving our growth initiatives forward.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement country strategies in collaboration with local and regional technical teams.
- Commercialize innovations and products by ensuring their relevance to country-specific opportunities as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Direct and execute targeted marketing efforts to engage customers effectively.
- Identify potential targets and build compelling business cases for the market.
- Ensure the development and delivery of differentiated marketing programs, adapting them to meet market needs.
- Own and manage the opportunity pipeline for the market.
- Lead the commercialization of global and regional strategic big-investment products and technologies within the market.
- Actively participate in planning efforts, ensuring sales buy-in and securing necessary technical support.
- Prepare appropriate commercial resources to facilitate business development with targeted customers.
- Provide country pricing guidelines for global strategic investment products and technologies in coordination with relevant segments.
- Assist in achieving assigned financial targets, including sales and gross margin.
- Participate in sales budgeting and the Annual Account Development Plan processes.
- Implement the segment pricing strategy, including category guidelines on margins, within the market.
Your profile and experience:
- 5 to 7 years of Marketing experience, including marketing strategy
- Background in the Food and Beverage industry or a related field.
- B2B Marketing with a know how of B2C Marketing in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and principles, including brand execution, commercialization of new products, and creative promotions.
- Experience collaborating with individuals from technical, commercial, and innovation-related backgrounds.
- Proven ability to actively plan, ensuring sales buy-in and securing necessary technical support.
- Previous experience in a multinational environment within the relevant region.

Your qualifications:
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas
- Proficient in English & Turkish, other relevant language advantageous
