Part Time Working Student (Sales Strategy & Business Development)

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Sales Strategy & Business Development Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer analysis, and business development in Siemens' vertical markets. You will support our consultants, sales team and managers in strategic projects while developing your own skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in sales strategy and business development initiatives.

• Assist in preparing sales roadmaps, customer intimacy plans, and management presentations.

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis, supporting dashboards and reports.

• Research and track industry trends and new technologies.

• Provide creative feedback to improve the quality of strategic outputs.

• Contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives, including digital transformation and CRM maturity projects.

• Collaborate with business units and functions on ad-hoc requests.


Requirements

• Availability: Minimum 2.5 days/week during school term, 3–4 days/week during summer and mid-term holidays (partly remote working possible).

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field).

• Willing to learn sales strategy and business development in a challenging business environment.

• Strong customer understanding, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical skills and tech-savviness.

• Eager to follow new trends and technologies.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM or analytics tools is a plus.

• Fluent English (written and verbal).

• A team player with confidence and a growth mindset.
