About The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of our facility by managing the end-to-end maintenance of all equipment. You will actively intervene in automation systems to resolve breakdowns efficiently and organize maintenance activities with subcontractors. Furthermore, you will monitor key performance indicators such as energy and water consumption, while effectively managing the maintenance and energy budgets to ensure smooth facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, implement, and record maintenance plans for all facility equipment in line with maintenance methodologies.
- Actively intervene in automation systems and ensure that breakdowns are resolved in the shortest possible time.
- Manage direct reports, assign tasks, and lead teams during maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Organize subcontractor maintenance activities and monitor their effectiveness
- Monitor and report Maintenance KPIs as well as Energy and Water KPIs on a regular basis
- Prepare maintenance and energy budgets and monitor related costs effectively
- Manage the maintenance warehouse and ensure effective control of spare parts for both preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of facility systems including Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Cooling (HVAC), Fire Protection, Pumping, and Lighting systems.
- Support investment projects and take an active role in commissioning activities
- Perform failure analysis, improve maintenance plans, and develop projects to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1500 PLC programming, commissioning and troubleshooting,
- Experienced in maintenance management systems, preferably with SAP PM knowledge,
- Capable of effectively managing subcontractor maintenance teams
- Ability to monitor facility energy consumption and prepare KPI reports,
- Experience in developing and implementing energy efficiency and maintenance projects
- Solid background in MV switchgears, LV switchgears, MCC panels, transformers and generators maintenance and operations
- Experienced in Occupational Health and Safety, knowledgeable in legal regulations regarding Maintenance
- Having actively worked on Lean Manufacturing Techniques, WCM or TPM and developed an improvement project or process
- Prone to teamwork and hard working tempo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive in field activities
- Able to drive actively
- Proficient in MS Office applications and able to use Autocad program
