We are currently looking for a Factory Logistic Specialist to join our Balıkesir Factory team.
Location: Balıkesir
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Factory Logistic Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Manage warehouse operations to ensure that orders are selected,loaded and dispatched safely, timely and efficiently, and that proper records are maintained.
- Material Handling runs warehousing operations for raw & packaging material and for finished goods within company guidelines (Good Warehousing Practices); records accurately the inventory and checks inventory rotation; controls and co-ordinates all documents relevant to receipt and despatch of goods. (including Factory R&P Materials in additional WHs)

Ensure inventory in external warehouses and optimise the utilisation of Balıkesir Raw & Packaging (R&P) and Finished Products (FP) Warehouses.
- Ensure implementation of Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) in external warehouses and in Balıkesir warehouses.
- Ensure Compliance Review Actions.
- Monitors and manages Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Quality and CARE (Corporate Accountability & Risk Evaluation*) regulations, lead Continuous Logistics Improvement System (CLIS) in Warehouses (WH).
- Development and coaching of factory warehouse team.
- Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal partners at factory, supply chain, procurement, Integrated Management System (IMS) and external partners such as suppliers, customs and transport providers.
- Ensure that all requirements of the chain of custody standards is in place.
- Ensure maintenance of the Factory Warehouse equipment and security.
- Support the correct construction, control and management of the budget for warehousing (cost budget for warehousing and possible investment requirements).

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Excellent command of English
