Are you a logistics expert with a passion for precision, compliance, and operational excellence? KONE is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations across Turkey & Kazakhstan . This pivotal role ensures timely and cost-effective material availability to support installation, maintenance, and service operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transport planning, warehouse coordination, and 3PL oversight
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and lead documentation and audit processes
AEO (OKSB) audits, and internal review processes
Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse optimization using SAP and WMS systems
Drive digitalization and lean initiatives across logistics activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to support material readiness, buffer stock strategies, and performance reporting
Resolve service failures, manage logistics invoices, and ensure traceability of material flows
Are you the one?
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills
5–7 years of logistics experience in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors
Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD) and Microsoft Office tools
Strong understanding of inventory control, customs procedures, and HSE compliance
Experience in multinational environments and knowledge of Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies
Prior experience in elevator, construction, or spare parts logistics is a plus
