Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:
• Fluency in English is must,
• Bachelor degree with Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar positions
• SAP experience is a plus,
• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
• Able to work team oriented service approach
• Male candidates should have completed military service
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and control customer credit/debit notes by taking appropriate and timely actions to resolve them.
- Download End of Production (EOP) letters from the customer B2B portal.
- Communicate EOP letters to relevant plants and respond to customers using the defined templates.
- Prepare and send obsolete parts files to customers in a timely manner using the appropriate template.
- Download customer purchase orders (POs) from the B2B portal, register them, and distribute them internally.
- Manage delivery performance penalties and take the necessary actions to address them.
- Prepare and manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) reports.
- Prepare Goods In Transit (GIT) reports.
- Manage and prepare weekly CSC (Customer Service Center) Stellantis reports (including stock levels, stock aging, KPIs, etc.).
- Perform monthly stock reconciliations between third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and SAP.
- Manage and prepare weekly logistics claims reports and coordinate with Yazaki plants and logistics providers to resolve them.
- Respond to customer claims via the B2B portal and generate the required GQRS V10 and C documents for Yazaki plants and logistics providers.
- Administer the CSC packaging provider portal by supplying the required inputs.
- Coordinate stock-taking activities with packaging providers.
- Act as the Quality Management System (QMS) representative for the assigned project(s), ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
- Actively support NYS (New Yazaki System) initiatives in areas such as 5S, visual management, and waste (Muda) elimination.
- Comply with all company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and central levels, ensuring alignment with local legislation and regulations.
- Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained during planning and implementation of changes.
- Ensure that all corrective and preventive actions are initiated, tracked, and evidenced in response to any non-conformities.
