- Ensure the procurement of required products and services from the most suitable suppliers
- Research alternative suppliers, obtain and evaluate quotations
- Create, approve, and communicate purchase orders to suppliers
- Monitor delivery processes to ensure timely and quality-compliant deliveries
- Manage supplier contracts and conduct price negotiations
- Coordinate with technical teams to procure project-specific special materials
- Oversee the purchase of office-related supplies (kitchen and bathroom essentials, furniture, printers, etc.)
- Handle procurement of employee benefits (i.e. meal card, health insurance, etc)
- Plan and manage procurement, leasing, maintenance, insurance, and other operational needs of the company's vehicle fleet
- Ensure regular tracking of processes related to the vehicle fleet, office rentals, and office supplies,
- Develop cost reduction and savings strategies
- Coordinate with the accounting department to manage invoicing and payment processes for procurement transactions
- Maintain and archive all procurement-related documents systematically
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual procurement reports to relevant managers
