Main responsibilities will include:
Taking part in HR projects that enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture
Supporting hiring processes when necessary
Supporting onboarding processes for new team members
Taking responsibility for learning & development processes starting from the planning phase
Carrying out communication with stakeholders for online learning platforms
Actively contributing to all internal communication projects and proposing new ideas
Preparing internal announcement content (text, visual, video) and coordinating with the design team when necessary
Supporting the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and communication projects
Preparing and sharing regular reports related to assigned areas
Handling KVKK operational processes for internal communication projects and events
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions
Proficient in MS Office programs and/or Google Workspace tools
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Self-motivated, proactive, and maintains a positive attitude
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
Curious and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
