We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team—someone with strong analytics skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Take an active role in digital transformation projects, follow technological advancements, and integrate them into business processes.
Provide 2nd level user support for SAP and other software solutions, track and resolve software issues in collaboration with solution partners.
Analyze and improve existing IT solutions and propose innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor software strategies; track software projects and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), create test scenarios, conduct pre-tests, and provide end-user training.
Adhere to information security and cybersecurity policies, report any deficiencies or misuse, and contribute to resolving issues.
Coordinate with international IT teams for seamless communication and collaboration.
Prepare user documentation and provide training to end-users.
Monitor project scope, coordinate with vendors, and address any deviations from project timelines.
Track and resolve software-related disruptions, collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field,
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position,
Experience in software development, system analysis, and business analysis.
Proficiency in SAP (FI or logistics modules) and experience in SAP-related projects.
Experience with digital transformation processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Team-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset
