- Üniversitelerin Lisans düzeyinde, Mühendislik, İşletme, İstatistik, Matematik vb. bölümlerinden mezun
- En az 3 yıl sigorta sirketinde çalışma deneyimi olan
- İngilizceyi yazılı ve sözlü olarak iyi derecede kullanabilen
- MS Office programları (özellikle ileri seviye excel), Powerapp & Power automate kullanmakta yetkin
- Tercihen SQL bilen
- Risk- iç kontrol bakış acısına hakim
- Tercihen Agito ekranlarını kullanma deneyimi olan

- Poliçe iptalleri, tüm zeyil hareketleri ve mutabakat işlemleri
- Raporlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi ve takip edilmesi
- İş süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesi veya mevzuatsal ihtiyaçlara yönelik, ekiplerle geliştirmelerin koordine edilmesi, süreçlerin gözlemlenmesi ve revize edilmesinde gerekli taleplerin açılması ve takibi
- Finansal olmayan risklerin incelenmesi ve global rapor/sunumların hazırlanması
- Birim sorumluluğundaki şirket içi projelerde görev alınması
- Şirket agile ekipleri arasında ortak yürütülen çalışmalarda görev alınması
