Your tasks:
Expert processing of all customer inquiries received by telephone or in writing in the field of hair transplantation
Active advice on products, prices and tariffs
Independent complaint and complaint processing
Operation of all functions of customer-specific IT systems
Your profile:
Confident communication and expression skills in German (at least C2 level)
Willingness to be flexible in terms of time
Service orientation and quality awareness
Good PC skills and interest in telecommunications products

Top salary: 30000,- TL (net) / per month fixed
+ 4500,- TL meal allowance
+ 4500,- TL attendance bonus
= base salary: 39000,- TL
+ average 1000,- Euro bonus / month (well over 1.000,- Euro possible)
