The People & Culture department is an international and collaborative team that partners closely with the business to enhance performance through people. We focus on delivering impactful, cost-effective HR solutions that support strategic goals, promote a culture of efficiency and inclusion, and ensure the right knowledge is in place to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
- Partner with local and regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented approach
- Collaborate with global HR teams on initiatives such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programs
- Support change management efforts and organizational development projects
- Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR reporting and analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in an international or regional role
- Extensive knowledge of employment practices in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across cultures and functions
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the region

Additional information
This is a hybrid position based in Istanbul or Bandırma, Türkiye, and requires up to 20 travel days per year.
